Notification Preferences

Note: Spartacus 4.x was tested with SAP Commerce Cloud versions 1905 to 2205. Spartacus 4.x has not been verified to work with (and is not guaranteed to work with) SAP Commerce Cloud 2211 or later releases.

Note: This feature is introduced with version 1.4 of the Spartacus libraries.

The notification preferences feature allows customers to set their preferred channels for receiving notifications. You can access the Notification Preference page from the My Account menu.

Requirements

The notification preferences feature requires the following extension:

Enabling Notification Preference

The notification preferences feature has corresponding CMS-component data in the back end that allows you to enable or disable the feature. The configuration is provided in the NotificationPreferenceModule.
